Birthday Parties

If you are planning to have your birthday party with us please take a minute and look over our information sheet. We hope this will assist you in making your party a successful one.

• We supply all the paper goods including tablecloths, plates, napkins, forks, spoons, cups, etc., fruit punch for the kids, and a small goodie bag with a few candies and a coupon for a free class for any of the invited children.
• You supply whatever food you wish to be served. (i.e., pizza, cake, ice cream, snacks, etc.)
• We provide the instructors. Tipping the instructors is both allowed and encouraged.
• The parties are an hour and a half long. The first hour is all gymnastics, and the last half hour is for eating and opening presents.
• The price is $145.00 for non-members for up to 10 children. Each additional child is $9.00.
• The price is $115.00 for members for up to 10 children. Each additional child is $9.00.

Prior to your arrival, please inform the children and adults of a few simple rules to insure their fun and safety at the party.

• Girls with long hair should tie it back, away from their eyes.
• Children should not wear jewelry while doing gymnastics.
• Leotards, gym shorts, tee shirts, sweat shirts/pants, socks, dance slippers or bare feet are recommended.
• There will be no playing on the equipment prior to or after the gymnastics portion of the party is over.
• Adults are not allowed on any equipment. (Ex. Trampoline, tumble trak, beams, vaulting horse, etc) Adults may assist the children on any of the floor apparatus.
• ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IN THE GYM.
• These restrictions are due to insurance regulations; and we must abide by them.
