Liability/Participation Waivers
All children participating in any program at the Winthrop Gymnastics Academy must have a “Minor Participation Waiver” signed by a parent or guardian on file. No one will be allowed to take part in a class, practice, birthday party, or camp without this form filled out completely. Any parent or guardian participating in a class such as the “Me & Mom/Dad” class must sign the “Parent Participation Waiver.” Only those who have signed this form will be allowed to participate in the class.
